In Memoriam
On September 23rd 2016 Barry Lawrence County Ambulance District lost a long time staple of EMS to a battle with cancer. For 18 years, John "Wes" Wesley Green served the community of Monett and the surrounding areas with his love of the job and never ending compassion doing what he truly loved to do. You will always be in our hearts and on every call in spirit. Barry Lawrence County Ambulance District thanks you for your service and dedication to those we serve. God speed Wes. Located in the Southwestern corner of Missouri, Barry Lawrence County Ambulance District serves an area of approximately 500 square miles, populated by 10,000 residents and visitors, and includes the towns of Monett, Pierce City, Purdy, Verona, and Freistatt. Our service area also includes many commercial, industrial and agricultural areas.
