- 1. Meeting called to order by Shane Anderson at 1831.
- 2. Motion made by Andy Hogenmiller to accept the May meeting minutes. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 4-0.
- 3. The Board heard from Office Manager Brown and Director Wilson on the bills and monthly department reports. Motion made by Tyler Lowery to approve the bills and reports. Seconded by Andy Hogenmiller. Motion passed 4-0.
Old Business
- 4. Motion made by Dave Compton to move forward with having the land that is being donated by Patricia Hammon surveyed. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. Motion passed 4-0.
- 5. Motion made by Tyler Lowery to type up a letter of his intentions to Robert Wiley and send certified mail. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 4-0.
- 6. Still getting bids for signage and outside lighting projects.
- 7. Board advised Director Wilson to start designing what her and the crew want as far as a new truck and get bids on them for the first of the year.
- 8. Motion made by Tyler Lowery to adjourn meeting at 1917. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 4-0.
