2. Motion by Mike Bennett to approve last meeting minutes. Seconded by David Compton. Motion Passed.
3. Open discussion on sunshine law resolution. Motion by Nick Mercer to approve resolution. Seconded by Larry Eded. Motion Passed
4. Motion by David Compton to place new cardiac monitors in service as soon as possible after programming and to also have 411 and 415 taken to Newton County Ambulance District garage for equipmane exchange and then place 415 in service. Second by Nick Mercer. Motion passed.
5. Open discussion on how payroll is completed. No password on computer or familarity of teh system. Discussion tabled until further information is found.
6. Open discussion on Office Manager and post job opening of for the Operations Manager. Second by Nick Mercer. Motion passed.
7. Motion by Larry Eden to go into closed session or personal and legal matters. Second by David Compton. Motion Passed
