Meeting was called to order at 6:01pm. Guests were greeted.

 

• Motion was made by Dave Compton to a move item #4, Pearson Kelley, ahead of all other meeting business.
• Motion was made by Dave Compton to accept the bid made by Pearson Kelley for Wifi access points,new office computers, and Dell Pro Support warranties in the amount of $4418.80. Second by Tom Jones, motion carried 5-0.

Proceedings

1. Motion made by Jeff Owens to approve and accept the October 2020 meeting minutes and December 2020 special meeting minutes. Second by Tom Jones, motion carried 5-0.
2. Motion made by Jeff Owens to approve and pay the monthly bills. Second by Tom Jones, motion carried 5-0.
3. Motion made by Jeff Owens to accept the monthly department reports. Second by Tom Jones. Motion carried 5-0.

New Business

1. Lawn Service- Motion was made by Jeff Owens to accept the mowing bid from Bryan Ozbun. Second by Dave Compton, motion carried 5-0.
2. W/C Renewal- Motion made by Dave Compton to accept MOPERM. Second by Tom Jones, motion carried 5-0.
3. E Services- tabled
4. Motion made by Tom Jones to adjourn out of open session and re open into closed session at 7:22 pm. Second by Dave Compton. Tom- Aye, Tyler- Aye, Dave- Aye, Andy- Aye, Jeff- Aye
