Proceedings
- 1. Motion was made by Dave Compton to approve the October meeting minutes. Seconded by Tyler Lowery, motion passed 5-0
- 2. Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to approve the department reports and approve paying of monthly bills. Seconded by Andy Hogenmiller, motion passed 5-0.
Old Business
- 3. Truck Chains- Motion was made by Andy Hogenmiller to install the On Spot chains on all trucks, up to $15,000 total for all 4 trucks. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. Motion carried 5-0
- 4. Maternity Leave Policy- was tabled while a committee meets to draft a policy.
New Business
- 5. EMT-I Wage- Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to pay EMT-I certified employees $1.50 per hour more than the EMT-B employee. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion carried 5-0.
- 6. 2019 Budget- Motion was made by Dave Compton to accept the budget as it is written, and to meet quarterly to amend/adjust budget as needed. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion carried 5-0.
- 7. 2019 Board Election- Seats that are up for election in 2019 are District 2 and District 5.
- 8. 2019 Insurance Renewal- Motion was made by Dave Compton to accept the Medical Insurance Renewal. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion carried 5-0.
- 9. 2019 Dental Insurance Renewal- Motion was made by Dave Compton to accept the Dental Insurance Renewal. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. Motion carried 5-0.
- 10. 2019 MOPERM Renewal- Motion was made by Dave Compton to accept MOPERM renewal. Secnded by Andy Hogenmiller. Motion carried 5-0.
- 11. Motion was made to move into closed session at 7:43 pm. 5 “aye” votes. Motion carried.
- 12. Motion was made by Dave Compton to adjourn from closed session at 8:22 pm and return to open meeting. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. 5 “aye” votes. Motion carried.
