Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm.
Proceedings
- 1. Motion was made by Wyatt Howerton to reorganize the Board as currently seated, second by Andy Hogenmiller, passed 5-0.
- 2. Yearly audit was brought to the Board by Dawnata Hopkins.
- 3. Motion was made by Dave Compton to go into closed session, second by Tyler Lowery, passed 5-0.
- 4. At 7:10pm meeting was re-opened in open session.
- 5. Motion was made by Dave Compton to approve the audit results, second by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
- 6. Motion was made by Dave Compton to raise office manager Paula Brown’s salary to $70,000 yearly, second by Andy Hogemiller, passed 5-0.
- 7. Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to form a committee to meet and come up with a pay scale for the Office Manager position, seconded by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
- 8. Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to approve the April meeting minutes, seconded by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
- 9. Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to approve reports and pay monthly bills, seconded by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
Old Business
- 1. New Service vehicle- Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to purchase the Ford option from Les Jacobs Ford, in the amount of $33,090, seconded by Dave Compton, passed 5-0.
- 2. Paving of driveway-Motion was made by Dave Compton to reject all bids, and contact all bidders to submit new bids upon further information gathered, seconded by Andy Hogenmiller, passed 5-0.
- 3. Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to form a committee to get specs on driveway paving, seconded by Lynn Chrisman, passed 5-0.
- 4. Bathroom- Motion was made by Lynn Chrisman to accept the ONLY bid submitted from Davis and Sons to repair the shower, seconded by Tyler Lowery, passed 5-0.
New Business
- 1. Signature Card- New signature cards were signed at the meeting.
- 2. Dispatching- Tabled to gather more information.
- 3. 911 Board- Motion was made by Dave Compton to have a letter drafter by Frank Foster, EMS attorney, seconded by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
- 4. Education Equipment Request- Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to purchase text books and an airway trainer in the amount of $2700, seconded by Andy Hogenmiller, passed 5-0.
- 5. Battery Chargers- Motion was made by Tyler Lowery to purchase 2 auto pulse chargers and 1 monitor charger in the amount of $5347, seconded by Lynn Chrisman, passed 5-0.
- 6. Motion was made by Andy Hogenmiller at 9:02pm to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Wyatt Howerton, passed 5-0.
