Meeting called to order by Dave Compton at 4:00PM.

 

1. Welcomed visitors.
2. Eddie Laning made a motion to approve the February 21, 2024 meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Motion passed 3-0.
3. Heard from Christian from Mike Keith Insurance on a new W/C quote from MEM at $66429 versus renewal quote from MRSWCIT at $79703. Cory Hartman made a motion to accept the MEM quote and not renew with MRSWCIT. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Motion passed 3-0.
4. Eddie Laning made a motion to approve the monthly bills. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Motion passed 3-0.
5. Eddie Laning made a motion to accept the department reports. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Motion passed 3-0.
6. Eddie Laning made a motion to add Cory Hartman to all bank accounts and CDs. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 3-0.

New Business

1. Shala Bass and Mason Brewer did a presentation on a new education platform through FOAMfrat LLC to enhance a better educational experience for the employees. They will be able to do virtual classroom time along with educational videos that will earn the employees CEUs for licensure renewals and will be used for quarterly education. We will no longer be using OTC and Cox Instructors. Cory made a motion to go with FOAMfrat LLC at a quote of $5199.67. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Motion passed 3-0.
2. Eddie Laning made a motion to send Office Manager Paula Flory and Becky Coffey to Clearwater FL for the PWW Conference June 3-6, 2024 to renew their CAC certification. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Motion passed 3-0.
3. Eddie Laning made a motion to go into closed session at 5:24pm. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Dave Compton-yes, Eddie Laning-yes, Cory Harman-yes.
4. Eddie Laning made a motion to come out of closed session at 5:34pm. Seconded by Cory Hartman. Dave Compton-yes, Eddie Laning-yes, Cory Hartman-yes.
