Meeting called to order by Wyatt Howerton at 4:00PM.

 

1. Welcome visitors. Dave Compton made a motion vote in Cory Hartman as Board Member District 6. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Motion passed 3-0.
2. Eddie Laning made a motion to approve the December 20, 2023 meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 4-0.
3. Eddie Laning made a motion to approve the monthly bills. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion passed 4-0.
4. Eddie Laning made a motion to accept the department reports. Seconded by Dave Compton. Motion passed 4-0.

Old Business

1. Dave Compton made a motion to remove the last 2 paragraphs on the first page of the scheduling of crews policy and changing the word “into” to “to” on the second page section 4, first bullet and accepting the policy with changes. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Motion passed 4-0.
2. Dave Compton made a motion to approve a new policy “Sexual Abuse and Molestation Prevention” by combining original policy brought forth by Paula Flory at last months meeting and the Policy written by Frank Flaspohler and changing that incidents would be reported to law enforcement and Board of Directors by the Operations Manager and Office/HR Manager. There is also an acknowledgement to be signed by each employee stating they have read and understand the new policy. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion passed 4-0.

New Business

1. Wyatt Howerton made a motion to update bidding amounts to close the gaps in for each tier, removing the .00 with .99. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Motion passed 4-0.
2. Dave Compton made a motion to go into closed session at 4:55pm. Seconded by Eddie Laning. Wyatt Howerton-yes, Dave Compton-yes, Eddie Laning-yes, Cory Hartman-yes.
3. Dave Compton made a motion to come out of closed session at 6:08pm. Seconded by Eddie Laning. . Wyatt Howerton-yes, Dave Compton-yes, Eddie Laning-yes, Cory Hartman-yes.
4. Dave Compton made a motion to adjourn open session at 6:09pm. Seconded by Wyatt Howerton. Motion passed 4-0.
