- 2. Motion made by Dave Compton to accept the October meeting minutes. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. Motion passed 5-0.
- 3. The Board heard from Office Manager Brown and Director Wilson on the bills and monthly department reports. Motion made by Nick Mercer to approve the bills and report. Seconded by Andy Hogenmiller. Motion passed 5-0.
Old Business
- 4. Motion made by Dave Compton to accept the auto aid arrangement with Mercy. Seconded by Nick Mercer. Motion passed 5-0.
- 5. Sales Tax Discussion tabled.
- 6. Motion made by Dave Compton to switch Pest Control Services to Answered Pest Management upon making sure he is Licensed and Bonded. Seconded by Nick Mercer. Motion passed 5-0.
- 7. Lagers tabled, Motion made by Dave Compton to get cost analysis from Lagers on the L-7 and L-12. Seconded by Nick Mercer. Motion passed 5-0.
New Business
- 8. Motion made by Nick Mercer to purchase tables and chairs from Sam’s in the amount of $1398.00. Other options were Amazon at $1657.36 and Lifetime at $1499.99. Seconded by Tyler Lowery. Motion passed 5-0.
- 9. Christmas Party set for December 22. Expense in Budget.
